Product Description

M/DL04.1 is a Leading Edge TRIAC Dimmer, which supports both dimming and heating control functions. The module has the capacity to support both inductive and resistive loads, and some capacitive loads such as LED drivers, and electronic ballasts which use leading edge TRIAC dimming. Each channel is also able to be manually controlled via the on board buttons.

Different load Types

The M/DL04.1 is able to support incandescent lights, halogen lights, and dimmable LED lights. Practically any leading edge dimming load is supported. This enables users to employ their preferred lighting system, and completely control every aspect of their lighting solution.

aR type fast Fuse

The system uses replaceable 8A fuses to protect against short circuits in loads, and accidental overloads. Led status indicators are also able to pinpoint which channel short circuits occur, facilitating swift repairs and easy maintenance.

Protection

To prevent damage to the system and unit, a variety of protective features are included. With an overheat sink, electronic short circuit protection, overload protection, overheat power reduction protection, and a temperature alarm, safety is guaranteed.

Scene Recovery

When the dimmer has been powered off, it is able to automatically restore the last scene used when powered on again. This gives the user a system that remembers their previous scene, and requires no further control.

Manual Control

With manual control via four on board buttons, the end user is able to immediately manipulate the switching on & off, and dimming controls. This enables faster fault finding, and reduces the time taken during installation.
