High Loop Ground loop isolator for 75Ω video signals. It is used when there is a difference in the ground between the camera and the recorder (eg fed by different phases) and to solve image interference problems (eg horizontal bars on the screen) caused by ground loops. It can also be combined with passive video baluns.
