The FLARE-way system operates at two optical wavelengths, so you can send DiSEQc control signals from set-top-boxes to the LNB (Dish), on the same fiber used to transport the SAT-IF signals from 850 to 2150 MHz Connected to an SCR LNB or router SCR, can transform the output from coax to optical and then take much longer distances and with fewer losses.

If you connect a 4 port LNB SCR IF, 4 IF port will then be available at the end of the fiber is, once connected the receiver. You can cascade connection of SCR router, each port can be brought to the fiber distribution systems in relocated villages, residential quarters and so on. The total number of sockets available depends on the number of ports available SCR. The bandwidth extends down to about 100 MHz, so you can enter the digital terrestrial signals, once received, amplified and leveled properly.

The maximum level it’s 75dB. This way you can connect multiple users in optical fiber, which will have to receive a satellite (eg hot bird) and digital terrestrial signals.
